Our Vehicles
Our private tours are provided in a smart and comfortable Volkswagen minivan which accommodates up to seven people, or a Peugeot for up to 12. All vehicles offer comfort, air conditioning, luggage storage, USB phone connections, and free bottles of water to quench your thirst between stops.

1. HOW TO BOOK
You can book by calling/texting via WhatsApp/Viber at +355 69 58 28 184 visiting in person our office Adratik Tours LLC at Adriatik’s Hotel feeling up a tour request form with your request and payment via email [email protected] lobby. Our office is open 7 days a week from 8 am – 8 pm- book at reception of Adriatik Hotel calling or texting via Email: [email protected]
2. PAYMENT
Excursions must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Cash, credit card, or bank transfer are all acceptable modes of payment. Payment Options. Both cash and credit cards are accepted.
3.CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS
A.BY THE PASSENGER
You may cancel or amend your booking at any time prior to departure subject to the following conditions.
1. For cancellations notified to us more than:
– 7 days: Full refund cost of service
– 2-4 days: 50% of the cost of services
– 1 days before departure: 100% of the cost of services
2.Bookings for our day trips are finalized up to 48 hours prior to departure. If you require any amendment to your booking, it is free charge, if the amendment is possible. Please note, amendments can only be made over the telephone or email.
3. The company reserves the right to alter excursions or prices, or cancel any excursion listed.
B. BY THE COMPANY
Should the circumstance arise where due to insufficient bookings we are forced to cancel any excursion, all monies paid by passengers for that particular excursion will be refunded in full.
4.Alteration of Itineraries
It is unlikely that the Company will have to make changes to your tour. However, we may occasionally have to make changes either before or after you have booked. Most changes will be minor, and the Company will advise you of them as soon as possible. The Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary after departure, without paying compensation, if it is in your interest to do so. Furthermore, the Company will not pay compensation if it is forced to cancel or in any way change the tour due to force majeure, such as war, riots, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, or other material external circumstances beyond the Company’s control
3. RESERVING SEATS
Particular seat numbers can be reserved at the time of booking on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. The Company reserves the right to change seat allocation or vehicle without notice.
4. REDUCTION FOR CHILDREN
Children aged between five to twelve years old can often travel at reduced rates. Children under four-year-old are carried free of charge on day excursions provided. We may offer baby seats for them if we are notified at the time of booking.
5. PICK-UP POINTS & TIMES
All passengers are requested to be at their chosen pick-up point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The Company will not be held responsible for the late arrival of passengers or passengers not being at the correct pick-up point. No refund will be made for passengers arriving after the scheduled departure time.
6. COMPLAINTS
Complaints should be made in writing within 7 days of the excursion to our Head Office, Adriatik Tours LLC at [email protected]
